We are what we eat! Therefore, we believe that healthy food goes hand in hand with medical treatments and the healing of the mind, body and spirit. As far as cuisine is concerned, in order to go forward we went back to the past and for this reason all the fruits, vegetables, and herbs we use is locally grown and will be freshly picked daily to create quality and healthy meals. We, in Montenegro, do not serve genetically modified food.

Our kitchen staff pays special attention to the superb quality of our dairy and meat products, but we also offer vegetarian diet with a big selection of dishes, antiallergenic nutrition line and special diets for our guests at weight loss programs. If you think that your average meal at the MHC is boiled peas and two leaves of lettuce, you are wrong and will be pleasantly surprised by a diversity of dishes at our famous buffet, all prepared by our chefs and monitored by 2 medical doctor nutritionists and 3 dietitians.

You will be offered fresh fish and other sea food, lamb, veal, chicken, broths and soups, lots of vegetables, fruit and even a piece of cake or ice cream. A new approach to the art of culinary means good health and a body weight balance. It took time to master a perfect blend of Mediterranean cuisine and continental Montenegrin ways of food preparation.
